Welcome to Go Quick UAE. By accessing our website, booking our services, or interacting with our agents via WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Go Quick UAE provides on-demand concierge and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Urgent Document Delivery
  • Safe Driver & Chauffeur Services
  • Vehicle Registration & Testing Assistance
  • Personal Shopping & Gifting
  • General Personal Assistant Tasks

We act as an intermediary service provider. While we exercise the utmost care, we are not responsible for the inherent quality of goods purchased on your behalf from third-party vendors.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via our official channels (Website or WhatsApp). Services are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or explicit confirmation from our dispatch team.

  • Pricing: All prices quoted are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices for services like "Personal Shopping" do not include the cost of the items purchased.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment may be required upfront for high-value purchase requests.

3. Prohibited Items & Compliance

In strict accordance with UAE Law, Go Quick UAE will not transport, purchase, or handle:

  • Alcohol, drugs, or narcotics.
  • Weapons, explosives, or flammable materials.
  • Counterfeit goods or illegal substances.
  • Offensive or politically sensitive material.

We reserve the right to inspect packages and refuse service if a violation is suspected. Authorities will be notified if illegal items are found.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Standard Services: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Urgent/Same-Day Services: Cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

Go Quick UAE and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
  • Loss or damage to items that were not securely packaged by the sender prior to pickup.
  • Any consequential or indirect losses arising from a delayed delivery.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
