How do you ensure safety in the car?
We use sanitized crates for smaller pets and secure harnesses/seatbelts for larger dogs. Our drivers drive carefully and never leave the pet unattended in the vehicle.
My dog is anxious/aggressive at the vet. Can you handle it?
Our handlers are experienced with different temperaments. However, please inform us in advance so we can bring a muzzle or extra handler if necessary for everyone's safety.
What if it's an emergency?
